1. Members must enter the Fantasy football Pick’em NFL promotion by submitting their CID and Email address above.
2. Entries are accepted each week starting Tuesday.
   
3. To qualify for this promotion, you must play a minimum of $50.00 on the Casino games
   
4. Prizes will be credited into the winner’s v-chip balance each Wednesday.
5. Winners will be posted on the promotion splash page.
   
6. Please note, as per company policy, any bonus which is not used within 30 days from the date of credit will expire.
7. Credit must be rolled over 20 times before cashing out.
8. Tournament prizes cannot be played on Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow, Roulette, Sic-Bo, Battle Royale or Red Dog at any point. Playing any of these games will void the prize and all winnings will be removed from your account.
