When requesting a payout with Cashier’s Check the minimum withdrawal amount is $50.00, maximum is $2500.00 per request. All payments are made by cashier’s check, delivered through a courier service. General processing times will be 3-5 weeks if we have all required documents on file. While we will work to have your payments processed as quickly as possible some payments may take longer than specified.

In order to process your payout we will require you to submit a copy of a valid form of ID (Drivers License or Passport) as well as a copy of a utility bill showing your name and address. So you will need:

It is important to note that we will only require you to submit this information ONCE. We will keep the information securely on file for future withdrawals and will not need it again.

When withdrawing from your account we may send some funds back to your credit card to the extent that you made recent credit card deposits. The timeframe for you to receive your payouts will vary depending on the method selected and current number of requests.

Withdraw Fees

Your first Cashier’s Check withdrawal request made each month will be FREE. Any subsequent requests in the same calendar month will be charged a processing fee. If you request to have your funds sent via courier check, you will be charged $40. A check sent via regular mail will be charged $20.

Withdrawal Policy

Minimum withdrawal for Cashiers Check is $50.
Maximum withdrawal for Cashiers Check is $2500.

We are unable to process withdrawal requests greater than $2500.00. Pending requests exceeding $2500.00 daily will be cancelled and returned to v-chips

Reload bonuses are capped at $500 bonus

Within the account management section you will see a line "Funds Available for Withdrawal", once you have wagered the required minimum, the bonus amount will then be available for withdrawal. Our rules state that all bonuses and corresponding deposits must be wagered 5 times before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if one deposits $500 and gets a $50 bonus, they must simply make wagers totalling $2750 before they can withdraw the $50 bonus. Within EFS you will see a line "Funds Available for Withdrawal", once you have wagered the required minimum, the bonus amount will then be available for withdrawal.

Personal Identification Number

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw any funds. It is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account.
